Do you offer physical product delivery?

Currently, Fantasy Puzzle Platform is a digital-only service. All games and features are accessible online through our platform. We do not offer physical product delivery at this time. However, we may introduce physical merchandise in the future, and we'll notify all registered users when this becomes available.

How do I access the games after registration?

After completing registration, you'll receive 300 Fantasy Score (FS) in your account. You can immediately access all free games on the platform. Some premium games may require additional Fantasy Score or a subscription. Simply navigate to the Games page, select a game, and start playing. Your progress is automatically saved, and you can continue from where you left off at any time.

What devices are supported?

Our platform is fully responsive and works on all modern devices including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
