Currently, Fantasy Puzzle Platform is a digital-only service. All games and features are accessible online through our platform. We do not offer physical product delivery at this time. However, we may introduce physical merchandise in the future, and we'll notify all registered users when this becomes available.

After completing registration, you'll receive 300 Fantasy Score (FS) in your account. You can immediately access all free games on the platform. Some premium games may require additional Fantasy Score or a subscription. Simply navigate to the Games page, select a game, and start playing. Your progress is automatically saved, and you can continue from where you left off at any time.

Our platform is fully responsive and works on all modern devices including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. We support all major web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and ensure optimal performance across different screen sizes. No app download is required - simply access the platform through your web browser.

Yes, you can cancel subscriptions or service bookings at any time. For subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
